When you’ve finally thought of molding your career, explore all the possible professional options, talk to those who are experienced, always appreciate yourself for whatever you’ve achieved and looked forward to extending your horizons.
The phase of career transition decides how you framework your future assignments, take up opportunities and reach goals. One should make sure whatever role or responsibility they take up, adds a feather to their professional cap. Growth and satisfaction should be the two factors that drive career shift.
